Hook House makes AI-assisted ad creative (video and static) from the information you provide. Videos use AI-generated avatars and voices, not real customers or creators.
The 48-Hour Creative Sprint is a one-time purchase. Always-On Creative is billed monthly and can be canceled anytime before the next billing date. Delivery times start once we receive a complete brief.
You confirm you have the right to the materials you send. You review and approve every ad before running it, and you're responsible for how ads are used, including compliance with platform ad policies and advertising laws.
We avoid medical, health and guaranteed-results claims. We do not promise any specific ad performance, sales or ROAS.
Once paid, you may use the delivered creative in your own marketing. Use is also subject to the terms of the AI tools used to make it. We may show work in our portfolio unless you ask us not to.
If a delivered ad has an error on our side, we'll fix it. Because work starts right away, payments are generally non-refundable; contact us and we'll try to make it right.
Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us for the work in question.
