Hook House ("we") makes ad creative for ecommerce brands. This policy explains what we collect and why.
What you send us: your name, email, brand and store details, product links, brand assets and briefs. Payment is handled by our payment processor; we do not store card numbers. Basic technical data your browser sends to our host (like IP address) may be logged by that host.
To make and deliver your creative, talk to you about your order, send invoices, and improve our service. We do not sell your data.
Only the service providers we need to do the work, such as hosting, email, payment, file storage, and AI video and image tools that process your product info to make your ads.
We may email businesses at publicly listed contact addresses. Reply "stop" or use the unsubscribe link and we will not contact you again.
We keep project files while you're a client and for a reasonable period after. Ask us to delete your data at any time at diego@hookhouse.studio.
