Hook House delivers custom AI ad creative. If we miss the promised delivery window, you can request a full refund.
If you are not happy with your first delivery, tell us within 7 days and we will revise it once at no charge. If it still doesn't work for you, we will refund your order.
Monthly plans can be cancelled anytime, effective at the end of the current billing period. Months already delivered are not refunded.
To request a refund, email diego@hookhouse.studio. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
